I'm writing this letter to you in behalf of Chris Mendez. He didn't ask me to write to you. I did it on my own. Mr. Mendez came to our house to service the furnace. And I would say, of all types of people I've had the opportunity to observe coming to fix anything in this place, he is unique. He cleans after himself. He's cleaner than the Department of Health!

Chris would pick even the smallest piece of stuff. For example, when he was applying sealing material to the wall of the furnace, a little bit of the material will fall off in his hand. He'll pick it up and throw it into the garbage bag. On another occasion he tossed a small rubber ring towards a container with some garbage in it. It missed its target. That is, going it. He reached out, picked it up and put it into the container.

Vinnie, you need more Chris' in your organization. As a super, I think you'll look to the owners of the company.

Mr. Mendez deserves some recognition of some kind. I'm not going to suggest to you what it is. You figure it out.

You took care of the boiler cleaning, preparation of the burner, and you saw to it that your man was present at the inspection. (By the way, you also arranged the oil tank reading and provided the letter that I needed for the sale last week.)
